I got the idea for this website when some of my friends were looking for a drummer and a guitarist. So then I searched the internet to find band members but was disappointed. And after the idea struck to me… What if I make an online platform for people. And hence started working on this site, which is now finally complete! I made this website on the platform of jobberbase, which is basically a Job Board software. I just tweaked to make it work my way. So after months of changes and tries, I finally designed the website. All that is left now is Promotion and Marketing. At this stage, I have kept everything free for the bands but as time passes and visitors start turning up, I have decided to monetize the website just a little bit so meet my server expenses. Although I don’t mean to put a service charge or charge for posting and applying, I would just charge for spotlight areas. As for now, the website is up and working just fine! 🙂
